We are fully enabled for up to 6-axis cutting, which means that we can manufacture a variety of intricate parts – nothing is too complex for us. We work to tolerances as tight as +/- 1/1000 of an inch, and we can also apply a surface finish up to 3 micro-inches – in our shop, precision is the goal. Irving Polishing is also proud to provide knee-type, ram-type, planer-type and bed-type CNC milling machines, with flat end, ball end, and chamfer mill cutters. If you need face mill and twist mill pieces, we can do that, too.
