welding of sanitary fittings for the Food, Dairy and Pharmaceutical Industries

Irving Polishing was commissioned fabricate these Fittings, which would be used in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. We employed our certified TIG welding processes to Automatic Weld the 316L Stainless Steel units. Using our proprietary polishing methods and the latest equipment, the unit was polished to a 20 RA ID finish. The finish was evaluated and tested for quality and delivered in line with customer specifications.
