Craftsmen in Stainless Steel Polishing, 3-A Sanitary & Manufacturing Since 1945

About Irving Polishing & Manufacturing, Inc.

Irving Polishing & Manufacturing, Inc. owes its origin to a polishing bottleneck that Kenosha's Nash-Kelvinator Company had with its Nash 1945 model year bumpers. Warren Irving was called in to finish every front and rear bumper for that year's vehicles. Warren formed a company bearing his name and in 1947 branched into producing stainless steel fittings for Wisconsin's dairy farmers.

Warren's son, Kenneth, got his start with the company sweeping floors and loading 125-pound, five-packs of Nash bumpers onto trucks at the loading dock. From 1967-2006, Kenneth served as president and now his sons and daughter Steve, David and Cathy run the business. When Ken ran the company he used to say proudly, "We offer a good working environment and a quality product. The company's low turnover rate and its father-children teams are testimony to that.
